143 plots allotted to the corporation: Jhanjhara TP-5: Final approval proposal sent, traffic will be solved with the construction of 30 km road

A new chapter is going to be added in the planned development of Junagadh city. An important decision has been taken to send TP-5 of Jhanjhrada area to the state government for final approval. The scheme was finalised and given the green signal at a high-level meeting chaired by Junagadh Municipal Commissioner Prabhav Joshi and JUDA officials. The TP scheme is spread over a total area of 30 lakh square metres, with a general deduction of 34.84 per cent of the land. Apart from this, 8 special plots have been reserved to avoid parking problems in the future. With the implementation of this TP scheme, real estate and commercial activities in Junagadh will get a big boost. Under the scheme, 88,000 square metres of space has been opened for residential purposes, one lakh square metres for housing and 80,000 square metres for commercial construction. The biggest beneficiary will be the Junagadh Municipal Corporation, which will acquire land worth crores of rupees for public amenities and infrastructure development. The corporation will get a total of 143 plots i.e. 5.50 lakh square metres of land under the scheme. This sprawling space will be utilised for the overall development of the city, with state-of-the-art public utility facilities including gardens, sports ground, urban forest, government school, Anganwadi, hospital, fire station and public parking. Judah's office will be set up in Shapur Apart from this, the office of Judah will be set up in Shapur at a cost of Rs 4 crore. At the same time, fencing will also be built in 15 vacant plots.
