Rs 95.65 lakh embezzlement in Savli's company: Former assistant manager commits fraud by transferring money from bank accounts to wife's and two other accounts

A case of financial irregularities has come to light in Meena Circuit Private Limited Company in Vaddala village of Savli taluka of Vadodara district. Details have come out that the former assistant manager of the company has embezzled Rs 95.65 lakh. The Savli police are investigating the matter further. Transferred money to wife and other accounts Meena Circuit Pvt. Ltd. in Vaddala village of Savli. The scam was committed by a person named Alpesh Kumar Chandrakant Patel, who was earlier working as an assistant manager-accounts in the company. The accused had betrayed the trust in the company during the period 2024 to 2026. During this period, the accused transferred Rs 89,17,826 from the bank account of the company to his and his wife Bina Alpeshbhai Patel and two other accounts. Apart from this, he also received Rs 1,54,559 in the form of traveling expenses and Rs 7,43,451 in cash by making fake vouchers. A complaint of embezzlement of Rs 95 lakh was registered In this way, a total of Rs. 98,15,8836 was embezzled. Out of this, he deposited an amount of Rs. 2,50,000 in the Yes Bank account of the company. At the same time, the final embezzlement of an amount of Rs. 95,65,836 has been recorded. The responsibility assigned to the accused has been violated during his duty as an accountant of the company. He transferred the above amount to his own and other accounts and used it for personal gain. In this way, the accused has committed a legal offence by embezzlement of a large amount of the company.
