Two friends on a bike were injured in a collision with a Bolero near Makansar: One suffered a fracture in the head and leg, the other injured in the leg; Treatment underway in Rajkot

The bike was hit by a Bolero pickup near the cut of Makansar village on the Morbi-Wankaner national highway. Two friends riding the bike were injured in the accident. They have been admitted to a hospital in Rajkot for treatment. Ramubhai Sharma (23), a resident of Dharmamangal Society in Makansar, and his friend Nikhil Singh, who live in Dharmamangal Society in Makansar, were on their way to Makkansar from Apex Hospital on a Pulsar bike at 2 pm on October 7. At that time, the driver of the Bolero pickup coming from behind hit the bike carelessly. Both the friends fell on the road after the collision. Ramubhai suffered a fracture in his right leg. Nikhil Singh has suffered severe fractures in his head and right leg. Both of them have been shifted to Synergy Hospital in Rajkot after a government hospital in Morbi, where treatment is underway. Based on the complaint of the injured Ramubhai, the Morbi taluka police have registered a case against the Bolero driver and further investigation is underway.
