Relief and rescue operations are continuing even after 13 days of floods in Nepal. Rescue teams are searching for the workers trapped in the tunnels of 7 different hydropower projects. So far, more than 13 thousand people have been rescued, while 4894 people are still missing. This includes 587 foreign nationals. Mountainous areas, broken roads and heavy debris are causing many difficulties in the rescue operation. In Nepal, 1,356 people have died due to floods and landslides.
