The opposite party did not accept the notice for 6 months, so Nalin went to Kanani's side to serve the notice in person and served the notice by giving an affidavit. The case went on after the notice was served. The new judges have come and they have studied the case and given the verdict. Nalin Kanani has been ordered to cancel the election and subsequent elections and now five trustees including Nalin Kanani should take over the administration of the petitioner chamber and within 45 days a general meeting including Nalin Kanani and his team will be called as per the constitution and provision and no other interference will be allowed to take over the election and hold the election and hand over the work to the new body.
