Gujarat Bar Council chairman threatens to book man for assaulting lawyer

Vadodara: Lawyers, including  the chairman of the Gujarat Bar Council, created a ruckus after a complaint was not taken about the attack on a lawyer in Tandalja area.

On the night of 13th, when advocate Murbinali Sayyed and his friend Junaid Vohra were on their way to Tandalja Basil School, a mob had gathered due to an accident between the scooter and the car. So that the lawyer asked the driver of the car whether he was in insurance. Ayyub Cholu and his accomplices threatened the lawyer and beat him up.

Gujarat Bar Council chairman Nalin Patel arrived with the lawyers and threatened to bring the PI down from the court after he did not take the complaint of the lawyer who had gone to file a complaint of the above incident.

The J P Road police have finally registered a complaint showing the above details of the lawyer in the incident and launched a hunt for the accused.
