Prime Minister Narendra Modi to address Shaurya Yatra and Shaurya Sabha today: People from different districts of Gujarat reached Somnath, daughters from Dwarka called Modi a source of inspiration

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is on a two-day visit to Somnath today. He will address the Shaurya Yatra and Shaurya Sabha here. A large number of people have reached Somnath from various districts of Gujarat to take part in these programs. Crowds had been thronging Somnath since early morning. Devotees and citizens from many areas including Dwarka, Rajkot, Jamnagar, Bhavnagar, Amreli came to listen to the Prime Minister and greet him. Chants of 'Jai Somnath' and 'Bharat Mata Ki Jai' reverberated from the Somnath temple premises to the venue of the event. There was a lot of enthusiasm among the people on this occasion. Some of the daughters from Dwarka district said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is their source of inspiration. He added that the Prime Minister's thoughts, leadership and resolve for the country continue to inspire the younger generation. The events have been held under the 'Swabhiman Parv' to highlight India's glorious history, sacrifices of its bravehearts and to highlight the self-esteem of the nation. These programmes are of religious, historical and national importance.
