With the development and expansion of Bhavnagar district, in the New Year 2026, many works are going to increase the convenience of the people. In which PGVCL has been set up in Saurashtra-Kutch for an immediate solution to the problem related to electricity. In the year 2026, Bhavnagar district will also get the facility of 32 FRT teams with GPS-equipped vehicles at a cost of Rs 272 crore. In the first phase, a total of 126 FRT teams will be deployed 365 days and 24x7 in five circles of PGVCL namely Rajkot City, Rajkot Rural, Morbi and Amreli including 32 under Bhavnagar Circle Office. 32 FRT teams will be made operational in Bhavnagar district in the near future after necessary procedure of documentation when GPS equipped vehicles have arrived at PGVCL Bhavnagar Circle Office.
