Vadodara: A case has been registered against rs 18.20 lakh taken by a labour contractor for allegedly threatening to abduct and kill her despite paying Rs 23.71 lakh.
A labour contractor, Rangesinh Tersinh Rathwa, who lives in Krishnanagar on Sayaji Township Road, has lodged a complaint with the Warsia police station, saying, "Eight years ago, i was introduced to Mahesh Vashrambhai Bharwad (resident of Santram Park, Harni Warsia Ring Road) through my acquaintance Bakabhai Mangabhai Rathwa . I had taken a total interest of Rs 18.20 lakh from them, against which I have paid a total of Rs 23.71 lakh in interest and capital. They had threatened me badly. He also threatened to kidnap my son.
