Vadodara Corporation : The process of filing nomination papers for the upcoming Vadodara Municipal Corporation elections has now reached the final stage. Tomorrow is the last day for filing nomination papers, so there is a lot of activity among political parties as well as independent candidates. Notably, the BJP has not yet announced the names of any of the candidates in the city, due to which there will be a rush among the candidates when the names are announced at the last minute. As soon as the party announces its nominations, the candidates will have very little time to prepare the required documents. It mandates the preparation of various documents, including police clearance certificates, affidavits, details related to election expenses, proof of residence, among others. Candidates and their supporters are likely to have to rush to the offices of the administration to complete all these processes.
