The dumper was on its way to Vadodara from Dasar near Asoj village on Savli Vadodara Road in the early hours of Saturday. At that time, suddenly a dumper caught fire near the Asoj railway overbridge. This led to a huge rush scene. A crowd of pedestrians gathered. When the front part of the dumper caught fire and was handed over, terrifying scenes were created. Following the incident, a fire brigade team reached the spot and brought the fire under control. The Manjusar police reached the spot and controlled the traffic. The cause of the fire was prima facie found to be a short circuit. However, no casualties were reported. The driver was rescued
