HRF's submission to the central government on men's rights and fair legal process
Rajkot: The Human Rights Federation (HRF) has submitted a representation to the Government of India via email, seeking to ensure that men also receive equal access to justice, that legal procedures remain fair and impartial, and that the lives and futures of innocent individuals are not adversely affected by cases that remain pending for prolonged periods. In the representation submitted by Mr. Mahendra Ayalani, International President of HRF, to the Hon’ble Prime Minister and the concerned government authorities, the organization has called for appropriate protection of men's rights
