A 35-year-old cargo loader was arrested in Ahmedabad for allegedly stealing a 10kg silver bar worth Rs 16.58 lakh from an Air India shipment. The theft occurred on October 11 before the consignment was dispatched to Delhi. Police recovered the stolen silver bar from the accused, who was employed by a private firm.
