On the basis of a complaint of mineral theft in Khavda Kotda area of the taluka, the Bhuj Mines and Minerals Department conducted an investigation in which black traps and vehicles carrying soil were stopped. Some vehicles have been stopped at the spot, the minerals were being mined from the dam site, the motorists have been asked to take necessary documents stating that they have permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of the investigation.
