Parole jumper’s Bollywood run ends in Ahmedabad; murder convict used multiple IDs, acted in films for 12 years

A murder convict, Hemant Nagindas Modi, who jumped parole a decade ago, was apprehended in Ahmedabad. Known in entertainment as Spandan Modi, he allegedly acted in major Bollywood films like 'Thugs of Hindostan' and 'Jayeshbhai Jordaar' while evading authorities. His decade-long run ended after police received a tip-off about his return to the city.
