The Vadodara Municipal Corporation has allotted new door-to-door garbage vehicles for solid waste disposal in the southern zone of the city.
As many as 175 vehicles have been allocated for waste disposal out of which 20 vehicles are electric. A new 10 year monopoly has been granted by the corporation for waste disposal operations. Now with the new technological system, real time monitoring will be done through the command center. Waste management will be done in a better and smoother manner.
