Ramanbhai Kamalsinh Patel, a resident of Salia (Santarod) village in Morwa (H) taluka of Panchmahal district, has been arrested by the SPM of Santrod Post Office. On the basis of this information, Ramanbhai approached the Godhra RTO on September 29, 2025. Went to the office. Upon investigation, it was found that R.C. The book has not returned. On the same day, he again went to the Santrode post office and met the RTO. The information received from the The SPM of the post office, while investigating, said that the delivery slip showed the mail being returned but his computer print did not mention the speed post number. Thus the discrepancy became apparent. Ramanbhai has stated in his complaint that customers at Santrood post office do not get satisfactory answers and arbitrary behaviour is done. He added that due to this, the trust of the customers in the postal department is gradually eroding. He has requested the concerned authorities to mitigate the matter and take appropriate action so that the difficulties faced by the consumers can be resolved.
