Ashramshalas are not just places of learning, but the daily life of the students is also spent there. Hence, providing them clean water, adequate furniture and good living facilities will bring positive change in their overall educational and mental development. Under the 'New Gujarat Pattern', the Government has laid special emphasis on allocation of funds as well as its quality implementation by recognizing local needs.

All works sanctioned for creation of these facilities will be undertaken as per extant Public Procurement Policy and Financial Regulations. Strict care will be taken to ensure that high quality is maintained right from purchase to installation and safety of students is not compromised. Special training and demos will be provided to local staff by the supplier for proper prolonged use of modern equipment like washing machines and RO systems.

In addition, it will be ensured that the warranty, guarantee and after-sales service of all equipment are strictly adhered to. All materials purchased will be regularly recorded in the stock register and monitored continuously so that there is 100 percent transparency in the entire process. This synergy of education, health and modern technology is going to realize the state government's resolve to provide equal and high quality opportunities to the students of far-flung areas.
