A complaint has been lodged at the Changodar police station against an employee of a showroom in Ahmedabad's Changodar district for cheating customers of Rs 25 lakh by taking money in the name of booking and also selling vehicles for exchange.
Dhawal, the general manager of Maruti Arena, a resident of Ahmedabad, has lodged a complaint alleging that he was approached by some customers at the head office and told him that he had given the Maruti Mango van booking money to Dharmendrasinh Jadeja (R/o Godhavi, Sanand) at the showroom in Changodar and also gave the vehicles for exchange. But they are yet to find the vehicle. So Dhavalbhai was shocked to investigate.
