The Best Teacher Award Ceremony organized by Panchamada Lions was held at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Chanchalba Auditorium in Anand. 30 teachers were specially honoured at the event. Imran Saheb, a teacher at Navrachna Primary School, Savliwad, Godhra, was adjudged the best teacher in Panchmahal district. They provide free education and coaching to poor and middle-class children in the outsourcing slum area. At the ceremony, A.P. Niranjan Patel, vice-chancellor of the university; Officials including Trivedi and Hemant Verma were present. Kamlesh Sukhadia, Chairman of the Charotar Panchamada Ceremony, Dhanshyam Parmar, Coordinator Hemant Parikh, Aniruddha Upadhyay felicitated the teachers with awards, mementos, trophies, cash prizes and shawls.
