Pre-placement drive for the first time in 556 ITIs of the state: 15,000 trainees from Saurashtra-Kutch got jobs only on the ongoing training, scholarship increased by Rs 500

The Department of Labour Skills and Employment Development, Government of Gujarat provides employment-oriented training to 1,58,168 students who have passed class 10 and 12 in 556 ITIs of the state. From this year onwards, i.e. in the academic session starting from September-2025, the scholarship for students of all categories has been increased to Rs. 10,000 per month. 500 has been made. While 1,508 seats are available in special women's 7 ITIs. There are two types of jobs that can be found: employment and self-employment.
