In Morbi, the SOG team seized Rs. A huge quantity of suspected urea fertilizer worth Rs. 3.38 lakh has been seized. A total of 1,272 bags of suspected urea have been seized in the raid. The SOG team received intelligence that suspected urea stock was stored in a godown located adjacent to Jai Agro, on the street opposite Mamadeo temple on Rajpar Road. On the basis of this information, the SOG team informed the Deputy Director of Agriculture (Extension) of Morbi and conducted an investigation at the spot. During the investigation, 1,272 bags of suspected urea were recovered from a godown rented by Jayeshbhai Kanjibhai Budasana, owner of Jai Agro. The total value of the seized quantity is Rs. It has been estimated at 3,38,988. The police have seized and seized the entire suspected quantity and handed it over to the Deputy Director of Agriculture (Extension), Morbi for legal further action. Further investigations are underway to find out from where such a huge quantity came into the godown, to whom it was to be supplied and whether the fertilizer was actually urea or some other substance.
