Two minor sisters got into trouble after getting married in Mehsana district diocese. However, the elder sister took the help of the Women's Helpline to help herself and the younger sister overcome the problems caused by child marriage. The Police Station Base Support Centre functioning at Mehsana Police Headquarters has been a blessing for women in social and personal problems. Recently, a minor girl at the Women's Help Center told the story. In which his mother was married to another man. His father was no longer alive. At that time, his uncle used to look at him and flirt with him. So the two minors went to live at her maternal uncle's house. Child marriage with two brothers, exploited by husbands
After this, even though both the daughters were minors, they were married to two brothers in the same house. After marriage, both the minors were physically and mentally abused by their husbands. So within 4 months of marriage, both the minors returned to their maternal uncle's house. After arriving, she went to the Women's Help Center to find a solution to her social problem. On the basis of which councillor Hetal Parmar called the in-laws including the minor and her husband to the counselling centre. During the counselling, the minor marriages may have taken place socially, but they were informed about the child marriage against the law and explained the representation of the minor. Both sides decided to part ways by mutual agreement
So both sides decided to part ways by consent. In which the minors were given back both their shrewd money and the gift given by the opposite party. It was also explained that legal action should be taken in the case of child marriage and exploitation of minors. However, no further action was taken with the idea of social stigma. Thus the difficulties in the lives of 2 girls were resolved by the PBSC with the agreement of both the parties.
