In Vadodara district, a state-of-the-art high-tech security system has been set up by the district police so that girls and women can enjoy Garba without fear during the upcoming Navratri festival. Giving information about this in a press conference, SP Sushil Agrawal said that this year to further strengthen the security, a special 'Navratri Suraksha App' has been developed, which will provide a shield in the security of the players.

How will the Navratri security app work?

To use this app, the girls will have to download the app on their mobiles. After that, the girl will have to register in this app from her home location. When the girl reaches the Garba ground, the QR code given there will have to be scanned. After the completion of this scanning process, the district police will continuously monitor the movement of the girl until she returns home safely.

SOS button and 5 lakh data capacity

The biggest feature of this app is that it has an SOS button for an emergency. If any problem or emergency situation arises and the girl presses the SOS button, then immediately the police team will rush to the spot. At present, this app has the capacity to store the data of about 5 lakh people, which will make the security system more accurate.
