Bail-out killer caught again: Accused arrested for killing brother-in-law from bus from Kapurai Chowki

Sachinbhai Rathwa of Kikawada village in Chhota Udepur has been picked up by the police from the bus from Kapurai Chowki. Sachin bhai was lodged in Rajpipla jail in connection with the murder of his brother-in-law. He was granted interim bail from May 10 to May 23. But the police launched a search as they did not appear in jail on the scheduled date. On the basis of the information, PI Arun Parmar of Zoz police had set up a watch near Kapurai Chowki. The accused was nabbed from a bus going to Vadodara from Halol. The murder case dates back to August 2022. Sachinbhai's sister Snehaben had a court marriage with Sunilbhai Rathwa of Ghutanwad village. This marriage was not approved by Sachinbhai. On the evening of August 25, 2022, Sachinbhai killed his father's brother-in-law Sunilbhai with a gun for his protection. Sunilbhai, who was on the run in the field, was shot in the back. At that time Sachinbhai's sister Snehaben was eight months pregnant. Sachinbhai was in jail since the incident.
