Navratri 2025: Worship Maa Siddhidatri on the ninth Navratri of Shardiya Navratri, chant these mantras

Shardiya Navratri 2025 Day 9 Puja:  The ninth day of Shardiya Navratri is considered very important as it marks the end of the nine-day Navratri. It is also known as Maha Navami. Many devotees perform Kanya Pujan and Havan on the ninth day. Those who fast on the eighth day break the fast on the ninth day. It should be noted that Maha Navami falls on Wednesday, October 1, 2025. The ninth day of Navratri is dedicated to Goddess Siddhidatri, the ninth form of Goddess Durga. Maa Siddhidatri Puja

Morning Time - 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Afternoon Pooja Time - 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM
Evening Aarti - 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM
Havan Time - 6:14 AM to 6:07 PM
Kanya Puja Time - 5:01 AM to 6:14 PM,

Second Auspicious Time - 2:09 PM to 2:57 PM.

Maa Siddhidatri Puja Vidhi 

To worship Maa Siddhidatri, wake up early on Tuesday morning, take a bath, wear clean clothes and prepare for the puja. Take water, flowers and unbroken rice seeds in your hands and take a fast to worship Maa Siddhidatri and fast. Then, install an idol or picture of Goddess Siddhidatri near the place of worship, purify it with Gangajal and start the puja. Offer vermilion, kumkum, red clothes, flowers, unbroken grains of rice, betel nut, bhog and sixteen adornments to the Goddess. After this, chant mantras, recite Durga Saptashati and then perform aarti.

Maa Siddhidatri's favourite bhog - Offering sesame seeds to Goddess Siddhidatri on Maha Navami is auspicious. You can also offer halwa, puri and black gram><

Maa Siddhidatri's favourite colour - Goddess Siddhidatri loves red and orange colours. So, offer these coloured items to the Goddess during the puja. Wear orange or red clothes yourself during the puja.

Prarthana Mantra

  'ॐ ऐं ह्रीं क्लीं चामुण्डायै विच्चे ॐ सिद्धिदात्री देव्यै नमः'
