Kirti's accomplice and suspended constable Naina Baraiya nabbed: Hiding in Udaipur, Chittorgarh and Khatushyam, seized Rs 3.12 crore from live-in partner

Kirti Patel's associate and suspended woman constable Naina Baraiya has been arrested by the Pune police in Surat. She had been absconding for three months in a case registered at the Pune police station as well as under the IT Act. Kirti Patel is already in jail in this case, while Naina Baraiya used to clap her hands with the police. After the Surat Sessions Court rejected her anticipatory bail, the Pune police arrested her and produced her before the court and granted a one-day remand. Naina's live-in partner had filed a complaint with the Pune police station in July alleging that she had snatched Rs 3.12 crore and extorted more money in connivance with Kirti Patel. Now Nayana has also been arrested by the police in this case. DCP Alok Kumar said that Nayana had switched off her mobile phone to avoid arrest and was taking shelter in various places like Udaipur, Chittorgarh and Khatushyam. Meanwhile, through technical surveillance and informants, the police received information that she had returned to Gujarat and was staying at a resort in Sasangir. As soon as the location was confirmed, a team was sent overnight to nab her. In February, a complaint was lodged against Naina and in June, Keerti entered the controversy. In February, 2026, Raju Bhammar's wife lodged a complaint against Naina Baraiya at the Datha police station in Bhavnagar alleging abuses, derogatory words about caste and death threats in a dispute related to a love affair. After this complaint, Kirti Patel entered the controversy. On June 5, Kirti Patel came in support of Naina and abused Raju Bhammar over the phone and threatened to take care of her. Apart from this, the complainant's sarpanch wife had serious allegations of having an illicit relationship with her cousin. Kirti Patel then made videos and reels from her official Instagram ID 'KIRTI NI MOJ5143', accusing Rajubhai of ruining the lives of 250 girls. Naina Baraiya also shared this defamatory video on her ID 'Naina Paliwal 0005' in the story and status and fully supported the criminal act. The Pune police registered a case against the two accused under Section 296(b) of the BNS, extortion, defamation, criminal intimidation, criminal conspiracy and Section 67 of the IT Act and later added a section of extortion. Raju Bhammar filed a complaint of extortion in July In June, Keerti filed a complaint against her ex-girlfriends Naina and Kirti at the Pune police station in Surat on July 12 after abusing Raju Bhammar. "I was in a live-in with Naina Baraiya for 21 months. After the relationship broke down, Naina conspired with Kirti Patel to extort money from me. He threatened her not to make his wife's video viral and extorted money in the name of settlement of the rape case. Kirti Patel in jail, Instagram account deactivated After registering a complaint against Kirti on July 12, the Pune police arrested Kirti Patel from Junagadh on July 30 and sent her to judicial custody. Her Instagram account has also been deactivated under legal proceedings following her activities to circulate fake videos and obscene messages on social media.
