He forcibly took Rs 10,000 as interest. Panicked by the threat, the youth had Rs 10,000, which Sohail Syed and his wife Tamanna forcibly took as interest, after which a month ago, Sohail Syed again came to Sahakarnagar in a Tata Harrier car to collect the interest money. At that time, he threatened the young man and said, "I will finish you after breaking your toes." The youth was also threatened outside the café On the evening of July 25, 2026, Sohail Syed met the youth outside Chai-Nyara Phake on Sun Pharma Road. During this time, there was an argument and quarrel between the two for about half an hour over the collection of interest money. Sohail asked the complainant to hand over his money and threatened to kill him on the spot if he did not pay the money. In this way, he threatened to kill him by collecting the interest money.
