Vadodara: Potholes all over the city, two more oracles fell

The corporation breathed a sigh of relief as Vadodara was lifted from the red alert. Today, there was only scattered sprinkling in the midst of the yellow alert and it was open throughout the day. But some areas remained waterlogged. As well as in the midst of the empire of potholes in the city, there were two places in the city. When the system was relieved, but when will these pits and oracles be resolved? Such a question has started to be discussed among the people.

The rainwater that fell yesterday continued in some areas even today. Rainwater was looming in some areas, especially Waghodia Road, Ajwa Road towards the highway, beside the national highway in the corporation limits, Ghaghretia, Beel, Vadsar, Bhayali and some areas.

As Vadodara came out of the red alert, it was as if the corporation had breathed a sigh of relief and became lazy today. The corporation had cleaned the potholes in Sama Chanakyapuri Circle, Sun Pharma Road, Gotri Nilambar Circle to Priya Cinema Road, Manjalpur Vishwamitri Township to Suncity Road, Kalali Khiskoli Circle to Manjalpur Bridge, etc.

In such a situation, the orchard was lying on the Raopura Kharivav road. Not only that, at the turn leading to Mujamhuda from the office of Ward No. 12 in the Akota area, there was a big ordeal in front of the empire. In any case, this road is now known as Bhuva Road in the whole city.

During the 2024 floods, more than 12 ghosts were found on this road at the same time. Also, during the last monsoon and the non-monsoon season, the road is full of orchards. Even though it was revealed today, the corporation administration did not show any special interest in filling up the bumpy roads, potholes, ornaments, etc.
