As a result, the Surendranagar City B Division police team nabbed the accused, Jagadi alias Jagdish alias Popat Galaji Rabari, a resident of Vadgam in Banaskantha, from his house. The accused was nabbed and legal action was taken. The 50-year-old Jagdish Rabari, who has seven offences against the accused, has a habit of committing liquor offences under the guise of driving business. Offences have been registered against him at Lakhtar in Surendranagar and Palanpur West police station in Banaskantha. In the past, liquor and accident offences have been registered against him in Vadgam, Deesa North, Bagodara, Deesa Rural and Dasada police stations. Not only that but he has a history of being jailed under PASA under the Bagodara police station.
