The government allocates grants worth crores of rupees. But it is not put to good use. Government grants are being used as if they are meant to earn builders. Developers have built societies in many areas in which natural drains and drains have been washed away or the system has not been set up as per the amount of rainwater that should be disposed of. As a result, the condition of the outgrowth area becomes difficult during the monsoon.
