Dabhoi: Revenue employees of the entire Vadodara district, including Dabhoi, have gone on an indefinite strike over their various pending demands. The revenue employees have been protesting against the unfair action, including the demand for resumption of the process on the issue of discontinuation of the system.
The direct impact of this is being seen in the Dabhoi Taluka Seva Sadan as the revenue employees go on strike. Applicants from the city as well as rural areas of the taluka who come to the Taluka Seva Sadan for various revenue work are forced to return to the dharamdhakka ditch due to non-functioning. Due to the strike, the pace of work in various departments of the Seva Sadan has stopped and the applicants are also facing difficulties. People who come for revenue services including land, income, instances are suffering. There is a demand among the applicants that the dispute between the employees and the government should be resolved and revenue services should resume as usual.
