Vaodara News: Lawyers protest against the new circular of the High Court, protest in the Dabhoi court premises

There is a lot of anger in the lawyers' community over the new circular issued by the High Court at Dabhoi in Vadodara. Dabhoi's lawyers gathered to protest against the new rules and expressed outrage. Lawyers have started protesting from their work, saying that these crucial changes in the High Court will adversely affect the day-to-day functioning of the judiciary.

Protest against ban on A4 size paper and handwritten text

The main reason for the lawyers' protest is the new technical and paper rules introduced by the high court. According to the new circular, the use of A4 size paper has been made mandatory in court proceedings and at the same time, handwritten petitions and writings have been banned for years. Lawyers say the sudden decision will cause huge inconvenience to the work and is not a practical rule.

Threatens to continue the agitation until the circular is cancelled

Talking about the protests, lawyer Arif Makrani took a tough stance. He said the new circular of the high court was going to create problems for both lawyers and clients. Their agitation will continue vigorously until the new circular is withdrawn or cancelled by the High Court. The Bar Association has also expressed readiness to make a representation at the highest level to meet their demands.
