Jadeja, a resident of Sainagar Society, as an accused. Jasminbhai Makwana said in the complaint that he has been serving as a volunteer in the Amarnath Mahadev temple for 25 years. Mahaaarti is organized every Monday in this temple and about 800 people participate in this Mahaaarti every time. On the evening of April 21, the temple had organised a 'mahaaarti' and put up a board banner with 'Mahaaarti' written on it organised by the Amarnath Youth Group next to the entrance of the temple.
