The potholes have overflowed due to rainwater near the overbridge of Shihori Char Road. Residents are worried as dirty water is spreading foul smell flowing on the road. The sewer covers are also missing. There is a fear of accidents for pedestrians.No action is being taken despite informing the highway authority. On both sides of the overbridge near Shihori Char Road, the sewers emerged in normal rain on the service road. As a result, pedestrians and motorists had to face problems as the water flooded the road. Service roads and gutters have also been constructed on both sides of the overbridge on Patan Char Road. The drains have never been cleaned by the highway authority. Due to which the gutters are filled in normal rain. The water gets filled in the drain leading to the service road and Patan. This is the way to go to the societies from the service road. Residents are troubled by the foul smell of dirty water. The sewer covers are also missing. As soon as it rains, the roads and drains get flooded.
