With this, the total average rainfall of the season in Ahmedabad has reached 63.15 mm (2.49 inches). In most areas, 2 inches or more of rain has fallen, causing a tremendous chill in the atmosphere.
On the other hand, the condition of the Vasna barrage is at 132.50 feet (40.386 meters) as per the AMC report. As there is no fresh flow in the river at present, all the gates of the barrage have been closed and 600 cusecs of water is being released through the canal alone

Light to moderate rain with gusty wind speed reaching 40-50 kmph gusting to 50 kmph very likely over Banaskantha, Patan, Mehsana, Sabarkantha, Gandhinagar, Kheda and Anand of north and central Gujarat<>
