Tejasbhai Dave, a native of Surendranagar and a resident of Ahmedabad for many years, was born in Saraspur and has been immersed in the devotion of Rath Yatra since childhood. Sharing an interesting anecdote about how his number came to be in the draw this year, Tejasbhai said, "On April 28, I went to visit the temple of Dwarkadhish in Dwarka. At the same time, I got a call from the Jagannath temple and was told that your number has been entered in the draw to fill the issue this year! Our entire family was overwhelmed with emotion on hearing this grace of Kalia Thakor." He further said, ''One of our luxurious bungalows is currently being built in the Shilaj area. Under normal circumstances, we had planned to move there after August, but as soon as we came to know that the Lord's affair had come to our doorstep, we made a unique resolve. Talking about this, he said, ''We are three brothers in the house and we don't have any sister, so we will celebrate our sister Subhadraji with great fanfare.'' It was the wish of the family that even if the Vastu of the house was done later, Lord Jagannath himself should be the first to enter the house. In order to fulfill this resolve, for the last some time, about 50 artisans have been working continuously 24 hours a day to prepare their homes. Preparation of Mamera on the theme of Peacock Tejasbhai's wife Jigyasaben Dave said that the guest list is made every day in the house and there is an atmosphere of enthusiasm. However, his only daughter, who is studying in London, could not come due to exams at this time, which is a bit regrettable. This year, the matter of God is going to be very grand and special. Soni Sunilbhai Waghawada, who prepared the Waghas of the Lord, said that the muhurat to make the clothes and ornaments of the Lord was done from the auspicious day of Akshaya Tritiya. This year, attractive work has been done on Banarasi Silk, Calcutta Silk and Velvet Fabric in Bhagwan Wagah. The Lord will wear a special pearl crown and a special turban with six and seven fours when he goes out for the city this time. During the journey to the city, the Lord will decorate the pink coloured tigers, the idea behind which is that the Lord will be the Lord of the world and will grant coolness, happiness, peace and prosperity to all the devotees when they come out of the city. On the 16th, Nashik will take out a procession to the beat of drums and DJs. On July 11, a special puja of Lord Jagannath will be held in Saraspur. Then, on the day of the main Rath Yatra i.e. on July 16, at 9:00 am, a grand procession will start from the Dave family's new house in Shilaj. Many people have been invited for the occasion. With the sound of DJs and the sounds of Nashik drums, the Dave family will arrive at the Jagannathji temple with the case of Ladli Sister Subhadra Ji and Kalia Thakor.
