Dispute, fight and complaint lodged in Sanand over land In September, 2025, a police complaint was registered at Sanand GIDC police station in Ahmedabad against five accused Maheshji Thakor, Pratapji Thakor, Ravi Thakor, Bholo Thakor and Alkesh Thakor of Khoraj village. According to the complaint, the accused Mahesh Thakor removed the bavaliyas from the land of the complainant Jashubhai Jadhav without consulting him. The accused got together and beat up the complainant. In which he suffered a fracture in his waist. The accused also threatened to kill the complainant. Accused file petition in High Court alleging assault at police station Among the accused, Alpesh Thakor, Maheshji Thakor and Ravi Thakor had filed a petition in the Gujarat High Court through advocate Anand Yagnik seeking action against the police personnel responsible for the police atrocities committed against them by making the state home department, DGP, IG and Ahmedabad Rural SP as parties. In this regard, the Gujarat High Court ordered the Ahmedabad Rural SP to file an affidavit. Pressure on the prosecutor first and then on the lawyer to withdraw the case The petitioner's lawyer Anand Yagnik appeared before the court on June 17.
