In which a 17-year-old minor living in the neighbourhood of Rajkot city along with an 11-year-old girl living in the taluka police station area of Rajkot city raped and threatened to kill her. It is worth mentioning that the family came to know about the incident after seeing the accused in an awkward condition when he went to play in the neighborhood to call his elder sister to eat Maggi. In her police complaint, the victim's mother, who lives in Rajkot's Taluka police station area, said that her husband works as a labourer and has two daughters and a son. The son runs a vegetable stall. On July 5, 2026, between 7 pm and 7:30 pm, both the minor daughters were alone at home and at this time the younger daughter had gone to play in the neighbourhood and this Sam elder daughter was alone at home. A 17-year-old minor, who lives nearby, reached home and raped the victim saying that he would kill her if she raised her voice. After a few minutes, the younger sister went to the house where the younger daughter had gone to play, the neighbor had made Maggi and asked her to go to call the elder sister to eat Maggi. The brother also came home in the evening to light incense lamps and informed his mother when he saw Ben crying. The accused minor was arrested and the mother came home and asked the daughter, who was crying and crying, the victim's daughter was shocked to tell her mother that the ground had moved from under her feet and immediately informed her husband about the incident and rushed to the taluka police station. After the victim's mother lodged a complaint, the taluka police registered a case under sections including POCSO and arrested the accused minor and produced him before the Juvenile Board on Tuesday.
