Due to which the administration has come into alert mode. The danger level of the causeway has been fixed at 6 meters. But due to heavy inflow of water from the upper basin, the current level has risen to 7.16 metres... At present, 67,126 cusecs of water is flowing from the causeway. Low lying areas along the river banks have been advised to remain alert by the Administration.
