The Savli Bar Association has passed a resolution supporting the protest of the Vadodara Bar against the new circular of the High Court.
The Savli Bar Association has unanimously passed a resolution supporting the resolution passed by the Vadodara Bar Association on the difficulties faced by lawyers due to the implementation of the new circular of the Gujarat High Court. According to the resolution, the Gujarat High Court Under the circular dated 15th April, 2026, a mandatory arrangement has been made to submit all applications to the court with effect from 1st August, 2026 on A-4 size paper, printed back and forth, in the prescribed font and computer typed. The resolution states that due to this new system, lawyers and senior advocates in particular are facing various practical difficulties.
The Savli Bar Association has said that the Savli Bar Association will fully participate in the representations or programs to be held by the Vadodara Bar Association on this issue. A copy of the resolution has been sent to the Chief Justice of the Gujarat High Court, the Administrative Unit Judge of Vadodara District and the Principal District Judge.
